Don't chase the pace. Set it.
Pacesetter gives YouTube creators one connected place for channel intelligence, content planning, production help, performance analysis, monetization tools, and community. Performance is measured against genuinely comparable creators, so a channel is never judged against the giants.
Where the project stands
Round 1 is in build today: the concept is filed, the plan has been through an adversarial review, the data core is being built on Dillo, and the mobile sample app is live as a preview. Danny, your summary and the living tracker are behind your password.
The idea
Danny's concept, in his own framing: what Pacesetter is, why it exists, and what makes it different from vidIQ, TubeBuddy, and ViewStats.
The sample app
The mobile preview: your pace against your peers, Idea Lab, The Debrief, and the loop, running on labeled sample data.
Yap feedback
On the tracker you can talk or type feedback straight into the build queue. It lands with the crew at the same moment it lands on the board.
